Worship & Wellness is a faith-filled fitness experience that combines gospel aerobics and devotionals. It's more than a workout, it's time to care for your body, mind, and spirit in a Christ-centered atmosphere.

We workout every Friday 6:30pm EST on Zoom.

We also offer in-person classes for church small groups, conferences, retreats and youth gatherings.
